The Lansing Public Media Center is a governmental entity based in Lansing, Michigan. This organization provides residents and non-residents alike the opportunity to use high-end audio and video production equipment to bring their creative works to life. Unfortunately, the Public Media Center was not branded, nor did it have a presence on the internet to help reach out to potential users of the program.

In 2010, the Public Media Center and Spartan Internet began working together to bring this concept to the internet. The objective was to allow the Public Media Center to run their entire organization through the use of web applications while projecting their extensive product library to the public. Additionally, registered users have the ability to check out pieces of equipment and reserve production rooms on the website.

Spartan Internet accomplished this through the creative construction and implementation of a customized content management system that was robust enough to store all of the necessary components to operate the Public Media Center, yet simple enough to use daily.
