Spartan Sports Network is the state of Michigan’s largest and most listened to college sports radio network. Providing coverage for Michigan State athletics, Spartan Sports Network (SSN) provides coverage to 100% of the state of Michigan.

After careful observation, we realized SSN needed a stronger social media presence. Event related keywords and low competition keywords can help with SSN’s SEO. Additionally, site modifications would provide new features for radio hosts and listeners.

We implemented a new in site chat function that allows listeners to chat with SSN during radio shows. We also implemented updated internal links within the website to boost SEO performance. By updating Meta and Title text and creating press releases to impact keyword searches, SSN increased in rankings.

The increased SEO updates brought new audiences to the site giving SSN increased visibility and traffic across the site during peak seasons. By updating existing social media mediums, Spartan Internet was able to drive traffic to specific targeted pages on the SSN site.

We successfully improved the site’s usability and accessibility while creating a more listener-oriented experience.
